Information on the processing of personal data on this website under Art. 13 GDPR. The German version is legally binding.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes the data on my behalf under Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time a page or file is requested, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, status code, browser and operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer). The purpose is to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is a secure and working website.

According to STRATO, full IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days and then anonymised. The log files and statistics available to me contain IP addresses only in anonymised form. The log files are deleted after six weeks at the latest.

3. Access statistics

STRATO creates aggregated access statistics for me from the server log files, for example page views, downloaded files and referring pages. The website itself contains no code for this, sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. I use the statistics only to see which content is in demand. I do not draw conclusions about individual persons. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact me, I process your details to answer your enquiry. If it concerns a possible engagement, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

5. No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. There is no tracking in the browser, no analytics or marketing services, no external fonts, no embedded videos, maps or social media plugins. All files are served from my own web space.

6. Download and external links

Downloading the PDF profile creates the same log data as requesting a page. Links to other websites lead to services of other providers. Their operators are responsible for the data processing there.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Right to object: Where I process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the address above is sufficient.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
